Pessimistic thought of the day
I didn’t really write this in a pessimistic way and it bothers me that people are taking it like that. I meant to explore the possibility that yeah, maybe things don’t happen for a reason. Maybe they do. The point is that we don’t know. So maybe instead of getting wrapped up in the lies we tell ourselves to sleep at night, we should try to be honest with ourselves. I would choose an honest life over a comfortable life any day.
